Jack_LaLanne was never known to Loaf around much even when he was young, because he was always too busy exercising & keeping fit. As Jack reached Middle_age, he was more active & fit than several people decades younger than him. Even in Old_age, he still kept in better shape than a lot of people half his age, that's not weird, its amazing.
